TeleRetail enhances the business performance of local merchants by providing them with a cloud-based, social customer relationship management platform with iOS/Android applications for their customers. Shoppers use TeleRetail as a “Mall in the Pocket”, to share experiences with others and to receive updates from local stores based on their interests. Retailers use TeleRetail to learn who their customers are and how to best serve them. TeleRetail takes customer interests and ambient data such as weather, social media sentiment, and geolocation into account to enable effective 360° product targeting through all communication channels.
